Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and any included accessories must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before sending it back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or product, as long as the original item meets the return requirements.
Contact us to begin an exchange and we’ll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will make it right as quickly as possible.
